Baseball is big business and not to be taken lightly, or
viewed with rose colored glasses.  When we began our search for an advisor/agent prior to the 2010 draft, we had a short, but important list of characteristics.  It was important to find an individual with honesty, integrity, ethics, and loyalty to a relationship. We wanted no ambiguities or uncertainties with unfolding events.  Candor and communication had to be ever present. We found it all with Joe and his sons!
